20 ncac 08 .0105             CONTESTED CASE PROCEDURES

(a)  20 NCAC 01F .0300 shall govern the hearings and decisions in contested cases.

(b)  All correspondence shall be directed to the Escheat Administrator at the mailing address of the fund.
